Intervention to mental illness stigmatization in the community

چکیده
Stigmatization of mental illness can cause reduced access to health care services. The majority people with do not seek help, therefore the stigma is considered a barrier seeking appropriate treatment. Different interventions are presented aim correcting negative attitudes and beliefs concerning stigma. These have different outcomes, some them temporarily made new awareness possible, however, in most cases positive against stigmatization or discrimination rarely develop. In this narrative review, anti-stigmatization program methods will be mentioned according local experiences.
